How to Master Any Habit in 21 Days

How I Trained Myself To Stick To Any Good Habit in 21 Days How I Trained Myself To Stick To Any Good Habit in 21 Days Sticking to a habit feels harder than it should. Most of us start strong but give up after a few days — I’ve been there too. But this time, I decided to change that and trained myself to stick to any good habit in just 21 days. Here’s exactly how I did it so you can try it too. The First Thing - Remove All the Distractions Remove all the bad habits first. Stop scrolling reels, stop eating junk food. And try not to use social media unless it’s a part of your work. Remember, “When a man gets pleasure, he forgets his goals.” Being Bored is Better Than Scrolling Reels Studies show that embracing boredom actually helps your mental health and builds long-term thinking. Scrolling reels might entertain you for a moment, but it kills focus in the long run. If you want real growth and want to rise above, learn to sit with boredom. Plan Your Day Realistically...

No Limits: Win at Life

No Limits: Win at Life

When somebody says to you that "It can’t be done or you can’t make it." They are talking about their limits not yours. They are trying to put their own limits on you. But it’s not like that. You don’t need to believe them. You get one life and no limits. Believe me or not. Anything can be done with the help of human mind and body. And, you got a combination of this, and it’s enough to make that business work. Value freedom and your time. Not anything else. I like to have freedom of my time. I don’t like to sell my time for money. I like to buy time with money which causes me to make even more of it. Money matters to me. It buys me every materialistic thing I can dream of. And, it buys me freedom. Which is above anything else. Never dream small, dream big. Your dreams should seem impossible for the mediocre class. When I say rich → I don’t mean someone with a lot of money. When I say poor → I don’t mean someone with no money. I mean by rich is a person with great thoughts, to make it work. To dream big. By poor, I mean someone who thinks everything’s a scam. To, who thinks every opportunity is a scam. I don’t want anybody to feel bad. But, that’s the truth. Remember your limits are your limits because you set those in your own mind. If you win in your mind. You win at life.

So, stop waiting for the “perfect” time. There is no perfect time. The only time you really have is now. Every day that passes is a day you’ll never get back. If you start today, even with small steps, you’ll be further tomorrow than you were yesterday. Success is built on consistency, not on excuses. People will doubt you, laugh at you, and sometimes even discourage you—but none of that matters if you keep moving forward. Focus on growth, not on approval. Discipline, patience, and self-belief are the real currencies of success. Your future self will thank you for the risks you take today, because courage is what separates dreamers from achievers.

No Excuses, No Limits: What David Goggins Teaches About Beating Mediocrity

No Excuses, No Limits: What David Goggins Teaches About Beating Mediocrity No Excuses, No Limits: What David Goggins Teaches About Beating Mediocrity You know what separates the top 1% from the other 99%? It isn’t luck, genetics, or some secret handshake. It’s the fear of being average — and more importantly, what they do with that fear. The people who rise to the top feel an almost constant, low-level disgust with mediocrity. That disgust isn’t toxic by default; it’s fuel. It pushes them to resist comfort, to reject easy explanations, and to keep showing up when others stop. That is the difference. The word “average” sounds harmless until you live with it. Mediocrity is contagious because it is comfortable. A life spent comfortably average is quiet and unremarkable — safe, predictable, and ultimately forgettable. But the fear of being average creates urgency. It removes the permission to coast. It turns the ordinary into a challenge: not because the worl...

1000 Days of Sacrifice: The Path to Generational Success

Make It Work Make It Work You have no other choice than to make it work. If you have to work 10 hrs a day do it, if you have to work for 16 hours a day do it. This is the time it’s do or die. Just do it. Believe me everything’s worth it. A wise man once said “Give everything you got for 1000 days (3 years) on your business, if it worked, the next 3 generations are settled, fare life. If it didn’t what you lost is just 1000 days.” Give this thought some time and think about it. It’s you v/s your negative thoughts. No one can break you but your own thoughts can. I have a question for you → Are you happy with your current situation → If, yes then Merry Christmas. But, if no → Then go sit quietly, give a reflection on your life and imagine yourself just your dream version. And then take a pen and paper. Write down exactly how you want to be. With proper plans, goals, and everything you can. You’ll make it. Dying without reaching your full potential is bad. K...

Still Need Motivation? Read This!

Still Need Motivation? Read This. Think about every disrespect you ever faced, every dream your parents placed on you. Think about when your school teacher said, "You're going to be broke." Still need motivation? If yes, then it's okay — keep scrolling through reels. But if your eyes have opened now, no matter what stage of life you're in — just stay. If you're scared, it's okay. Everybody is. I am too. Worried about what others will think? Nobody cares. They're busy in their own world. Nobody cares how you look, or if your hair is perfect. Only you do. Upload that video. Start that YouTube channel. Start writing that book. Whatever it is — just do it. Your family is counting on you. And yeah, do you remember the promise you made to yourself as a kid? You said you'd buy a Lamborghini. A Bugatti Chiron. So why break that promise? Do it. And I want you to visualize the life you want. Where you want to reach. Keep te...
